OTIF Returns Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Conditions Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn during exercise.

How to return To initiate a return, email us at enquiries@otif.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm your return within 2 business days and provide instructions. Always Contact us before returning an item

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We're happy to offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please note that exchange items are dispatched once the original item is received. Please note buyer's remorse may not be accepted for refunds.

Non-returnable items Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Return shipping Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
